Alma Daphine (Skinner) Shepherd

Alma Daphine Shepherd, 64 of Nortonville, passed away August 28, 2016, in Dexter, MO.  Born June 5, 1952, to the late Rev. Alvin and Thelma (Faircloth) Skinner. 

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Dovie Smith; and her parents.

Survived by husband, Roy Shepherd of Dexter, MO; 2 sons, Aaron (Erin) Hunter of Madisonville and Alvin (Cami) Hunter of Manitou; daughter, Amanda Smith of Manitou; 7 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; 4 stepchildren; 3 sisters, Wynette (Bob) Bogue of Paragould, AR, Jolene Downs of Kokomo, IN, and Donna Crosby of Piggott, AR; 2 brothers, Rodney Skinner of Dexter, MO, and DeVon (De Ett) Skinner of Bono, AR.

Service will be held Thursday at Bandy Funeral Home in Nortonville, KY,  at 1:00PM with Bro. Ken Johnson officiating.  Burial to follow in New Salem Cemetery in Nortonville.  Visitation after 11AM Thursday at the funeral home.
