Betty Lou (Carlton) Fugate

Betty Lou Fugate, 79 of Nortonville passed away Monday, January 22, 2018, at her home.  Born January 5, 1939, to the late Charlie and Pearlie Carlton.  She worked many years as a restaurant manager before retirement.  She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them.

Preceded in death by her husband, John Fugate; daughter, Judy Knorr; brother, Wallace Carlton; and sisters, Eudina McIntosh and Virginia Sisk.

Survived by her sons, Johnathan Fugate and Donnie Carlton; 9 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Norma Cavanaugh and Mildred Stanley.

Service will be held at Bandy Funeral Home in Nortonville on Friday, January 26, at 1:00 P.M. with Bro. Heath Carlton officiating.  Burial to follow in New Salem Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. until service time.
