Carl Wayne Pierce, 69 of White Plains passed away Tuesday, February 27, 2018, at his home. Born August 20, 1948, to the late Carl and Delcena (Foe) Pierce. He was a deacon at White Plains Missionary Baptist and worked as an automobile mechanic throughout his life. He was an excellent bowler and he enjoyed photography. He loved his family and time spent with them.
Survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Cathy (Cansler) Pierce; sons, John (Danielle) Pierce of Dixon and Kyle Pierce of White Plains; 3 grandchildren, Laken Pierce, Paige and Gage Denton; sister, Carolyn Hagen of Cox Creek; brother, Terry (Jennifer) Pierce of Hardingsburg; and several nieces and nephews.
Service to be held at Bandy Funeral Home in Nortonville on Saturday at 1:00 P.M. with Bro. J.D. Holt and Bro. Jimmy Watkins officiating. Burial to follow in Mt. Carmel Cemetery in White Plains. Visitation will be held on Friday from 5:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. and after 11:00 A.M. Saturday.
