Clara Jean (Carmon) Morgan

Clara Jean Carmon Morgan, 82 of Dawson Springs, KY passed away Saturday. June 24, 2017 at home surrounded by her loving family and faithful puppies.  She was born March 7, 1935 in Christian Co. to the late Albert Carmon, Sr. and late Lorraine (Milton) Carmon.  Clara retired from the Dawson Springs School System.  She loved working at the Dawson Springs 4H Camp and was a wonderful homemaker.  Clara was of Christian faith.  
 
She is also preceded in death by her brother, Albert Carmon, Jr.
 
Clara is survived by her husband of 62 years, Benny J. Morgan; son, Scott Morgan; sister, Betty Sue Davis; grandson, Taylor France; and a long line of nieces and nephews.  
 
Services will be held Tuesday at 1:00 pm at Bandy Funeral Home, Nortonville with Bro. Larry Phaup officiating.  Visitation will be Tuesday from 11 am till service time at the funeral home.  Burial will immediately follow in Ausenbaugh Cemetery, Dawson Springs.   Clara’s nephews will be her pallbearers.  Condolences may be made online at bandyfuneralhome.com
