Bro. Eddie Knowles, 66 of Nortonville passed away Friday, December 16, 2016, at his home.  Born on March 4, 1950, to the late Ed Knowles and Zadie Crick Knowles of Nortonville.  Bro. Eddie was the pastor of New Abundant Life Fellowship Church in Nortonville for many years, and he was a board member of Hope 2 All. He retired from the State Road Department. Bro. Eddie loved a good laugh and to "pick", he loved his community, but most of all he loved God and his family.

Preceded in death by his father; and his son, Bradley Edward Knowles.

Survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Teresa Hunt Knowles; daughter, Stacey (Troy) Oakley; Paul (Sara) Knowles; 8 grandchildren, Joshua (Abby) Oakley, Hagan Oakley, Hannah Cartner, Gabe Knowles, Alex Cartner, Isaiah Knowles, MaKayla Knowles, and Georgia Mitchell; mother, Zadie Crick Knowles; and sister, Joyce Knowles.

Service will be held Wednesday at 11:00AM at New Abundant Life Fellowship in Nortonville with Brothers Brad Payne and Gary Brothers officiating.  Burial to follow in New Salem Cemetery in Nortonville.  Visitation will be held at the church on Tuesday from 5:00PM until 8:00PM and after 9:00AM on Wednesday.
