Nolan Eugene Corn

Nolan Eugene Corn, 83, of Isley passed away Friday, July 8, 2016, at Baptist Health Madisonville. He was born May 13, 1933, in Boonville, Indiana, to the late Lavern and Dorothy Corn. Nolan enjoyed farming and farm equipment and he found joy in his family. He also was preceded in death by his loving wife, Sandra Corn; an infant son, Calder Corn; and a sister, Brenda Bratcher.

He is survived by three children, Camila (Cleatus) Adams of Isley, Cheryl (Johnny) Slaton of Nortonville and Scott (Leslie) Corn of Dawson Springs; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; a brother, Bob Corn of Beech Grove; and two sisters, Carolyn Darnell of Dawson Springs and Debbie Puckett of Bowling Green.

Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Bandy Funeral Home in Nortonville with Brother Steve Rutherford officiating. Burial will follow in New Salem Cemetery in Nortonville. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday and after noon Sunday at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be John Wesley Slaton, Pete Adams, Brian Corn, Shawn Stokes, Ricky Armour, Nathan DeMoss and Scott Lantrip.
