Norma Jean (Holmes) Hunt

Norma Jean Hunt, 82 of Mannington, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, April 3, 2016.  She was born January 12, 1934, to the late Charlie and Sibyl Littlepage Holmes in Mannington.  Norma was a homemaker and a member of the old Methodist Church of Mannington.
Preceded in death by her beloved husband, Alton Cozell Hunt; brothers, Byron Keith Holmes, and Sgt Major Charles Holmes; grandson, Everett Timothy Johnson; and great-grandson, Bradford Kagan Brown.
Survived by her son, William “Bill” (Cynthia) Hunt of Mannington; three grandchildren, Christopher (Crystal) Hunt, Chad (Marisa) Hunt, and Kelley (Brad) Brown; and seven great-grandchildren, Austin Hunt, Taylor Hunt, Addison Hunt, Dustin Grundy, Haley Hunt, Timothy Brown, and Brooklyn Brown.
Arrangements are with Bandy Funeral Home in Nortonville.  Graveside services will be Tuesday at 2:00 P.M. with Bro. Bobby Reno officiating at New Salem Cemetery in Nortonville.  Pallbearers will be grand and great-grandchildren, honorary pallbearers are Johnny Carroll and Russell Carroll. In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to Nortonville Baptist Church youth or to Baptist Health Hospice.
