Phillip "Rover" Stone
Phillip Ray Stone, 62 of Madisonville, passed away Friday, March 18, 2016, at Jewish Hospital in Louisville, KY.  He was born June 16, 1953, to the late Raymond Stone and the late Edna Sherman Murrah.  Phillip was a truck driver/owner operator for over 30 years.  He enjoyed old cars, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.  He especially loved time with his only grandson, River.
Preceded in death by his parents; and his brother, Danny Stone.
Phillip is survived by his wife of 42 years, Victoria Perez Stone; three sons, Phillip Stone, Jr., Randy Stone, and Michael Solis all of Madisonville; and his grandson, River Stone.
Services are 11 a.m. Wednesday at Bandy Funeral Home in Nortonville with Brother Larry Phaup officiating.  Burial follows in Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Nortonville.  Visitation from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and after 9 a.m. Wednesday.  Pallbearers are Randy Stone, Michael Solis, Roger Perez, James Lenick, Joey Sherman, and Kenneth Cotton, Jr.
