Jannie Elaine Ford, 64 of Mortons Gap passed away Friday, April 26, 2019, at her home. Born November 7, 1954, to the late Omer and Florence (Peyton) Duncan in Indianapolis, Indiana. She attended Vineyard Church and was a retired quality technician for Metalsa. Jannie enjoyed the simple life of feeding hummingbirds and gardening her flowers. Her family was special to her, especially the grandchildren.

Preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Omer Duncan.

Survived by her caring husband of 46 years, Billy Ford; daughter, Cassandra (Carlos) McCarty of Mortons Gap; son, Scotty Ford of Madisonville; six grandchildren, Jordan Allen, Samantha McCarty, Kyle McCarty, Jaxon Ford, Taylor Ford and Tyler Ford; sister, Esther Matheny of Madisonville; and brother, Mark Duncan of Evansville, Indiana.

A private service will be held at a later date.
