Nelda Annagene (Cartwright) Pendley

Nelda Annagene Pendley, 78 of Sacramento passed away Thursday, February 28, 2019, at Ridgewood Terrace Health-Rehab.  Born October 27, 1940, to the late James and Anna (White) Cartwright.  She owned J.C. Pendley Beauty Salon where she was a beautician for many years.  She loved her family and the life that she had built.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Leon Pendley; and a sister, Rowena Jaquelyn Shuler.

Survived by her son, Richard (Tracey) Pendley of Madisonville; daughter, Lisa (Shannon) Hudson of Sacramento; grandchildren, Amanda (Phillip) Cooper, Kaleigh (Sean) Feltner and Aaron Pendley all of Madisonville, Trevor Vandiver, Courtney and Trevor Wood, Cody Hudson and Cameron Hudson all of Sacramento; great-grandchildren, Colby, Hunter and Zoey Feltner, Ellie Cooper and Kenzlee Wood; sisters, Gwen (Carl) Cabbage of Hanson and Linda (Butch) Babb of Sacramento; brother, Mike (Shelly) Cartwright of Cadiz; and brother-in-law, Dr. Arch Shuler of Clarksville.

Service will be held at Bandy Funeral Home in Nortonville on Sunday at 2:00 P.M. with Bro. Bill Crabtree officiating.  Burial to follow at New Salem Cemetery.  Visitation will be held Saturday from 5:00 P.M. til 7:00 P.M. and after 12:00 P.M. on Sunday at the funeral home.  Pallbearers are Trevor Vandiver, Aaron Pendley, Phillip Cooper, Sean Feltner, Trevor Wood, Cody and Cameron Hudson.  Honorary pallbearers are Jerry Miller, Barry Ellis and Brian Babb.
