Shirley Jean (Brunson) Wilson

Shirley Jean Wilson, 80 of Dawson Springs passed away Thursday, February 22, 2018, at Baptist Health Hospital.  Born February 11, 1938, to the late Eugene and Imogene (Nixon) Brunson.  She worked at PACS and was a member of the Dawson Springs Methodist Church.  Shirley loved flowers and enjoyed time spent gardening. 

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Roger Coen; husband, Thomas Wilson; granddaughter, Maranda Camplin; and two sisters, Bettye Reynolds and Gladys Dunning.

Survived by her two daughters, Pam (Harold) Camplin of Madisonville and Sheryl (James) Byrum of Crofton; 4 grandchildren, Greg Camplin, Amanda Coleman, Sarah and James Eric Byrum; 9 great-grandchildren, Austin, Taylor, Liam and James Luke Byrum, Madison and Bryar Coleman, Hunter, Tyler and McKenna Camplin; and her brother, Arnold Brunson of Dawson Springs.

Service will be held at Bandy Funeral Home on Monday at 12:00P.M. with Pastor Jeff Graham officiating.  Burial to follow at Calvary Oakwood Cemetery in Earlington.  Visitation will begin at 10:00 A.M. at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
