Andrew Karl Herring

Andrew Karl Herring, 58 of White Plains passed away Wednesday, July 2, 2025, at Baptist Health Deaconess.  Born November 25, 1966, to the late Billy and Joyce (Knight) Herring of White Plains.  He was a member of White Plains Methodist Church and a mason at the Orphan's Friends Lodge #523.  Andy worked as a coal miner until his retirement.  He loved his family and enjoyed staying close with them.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his grandparents, Birch and Pete Herring and Vernon and Lois Knight; and uncle, Tom Herring.

Survived by his daughter, Drew Ann (Austin) Corn of Franklin, IN; fiancé, Angela Carlisle; brother, Mark (Kelli) Herring of White Plains; step-mother, Lillian "Nan" Herring of White Plains; nephew, Blake Herring of Bowling Green; niece, Josie (Everett) Mitchell of White Plains; aunt, Joyce Herring; and cousin, Randy (Kim) Herring. 

Service will be held Saturday at noon at Bandy Funeral Home in Nortonville.  Burial to follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery in White Plains.  Visitation will begin at 10:00am at the funeral home.
