Arthur Harvey Parker, 71 of Madisonville passed away December 20, 2022, at Baptist Health Deaconess. Born April 20, 1951, to the late Arthur Dee Parker and the late Dorothy Harmison Parker of Nortonville. He was of Pentecostal faith and attended Little Mission Church in White Plains. Harvey was a United States Army Veteran with over 17 years of service, serving in Vietnam War and Desert Storm. He was a man of many interest including fishing, camping, woodworking and building model cars. He loved spending time with his family and his dog.
Survived by his wife of 53 years, Adia (Cobb) Parker; sons, Greg (Elisha) Parker of Greenville and Marty (Tara) Parker of White Plains; 3 grandchildren, Gregory (Bree) Parker, Samantha Parker and Silas Anthony Parker; and 4 great-grandchildren.
Service will be held at noon on Thursday at Bandy Funeral Home in Nortonville with Bro. Wally Cobb officiating. Burial to follow at New Salem Cemetery in Nortonville with Military Rites performed by the Hopkins County Honor Guard. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 5:00pm - 7:00pm and Thursday from 10:00am until service time at the funeral home.
