Craig Carlton Obituary

Craig Alan Carlton, 64 of Madisonville passed away Friday, May 10, 2019, at Baptist Health Hospital. Born May 8, 1955, to the late Edgar and Lula (Oglesby) Carlton. He was of Christian faith and worked for the law firm Arnold & Porter Kay Scholer LLP in Washington D.C. until retirement. He loved being involved in D.C. Sports for the youth and he enjoyed traveling.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by an infant sister, Linda Carlton.

Survived by his six siblings, Perry (Diane) Carlton of Wanatah, Indiana, Barry (Amy) Carlton of Estill Springs, Tennessee, Barbara (Tim) George of Portage, Indiana, Marvin (Kathy) Carlton of Wheatfield, Indiana, Kim (Kent) Owens of London, Kentucky, and DeWayne (Dena) Carlton of Eddyville, Kentucky; special cousin, Cheryl Ryan; many nieces and nephews; and his loving and loyal companion, Muddy, a Bedlington terrier.

Service will be held at a later date.
