Danny Lee Riley, 62 of Providence passed away Sunday, January 24, 2021, at Baptist Health Hospital. Born September 15, 1958, to the late Oscar and Joan (Randolph) Riley. He attended church at The Well in Providence and was a previous member of Methodist Church in Mortons Gap. He worked as a mechanic in the coal mines for many years. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren fishing and hunting, and he watched UK basketball or just sports in general.
Preceded in death by his grandparents, Bill and Helen Carroll; and sister-in-law, Jan Riley.
Survived by his wife of 39 years, Debbie Wyantrena Faulk Riley; sons, Heath Faulk of Evansville, Cain Riley of Providence, Adam Riley of Providence and Joshua Riley of Madisonville; grandsons, Blake and Bryson Riley; and brothers, Gary Riley and Barry Riley.
Service will be held Friday at Bandy Funeral Home in Nortonville at 2:00 P.M. Burial to follow at Salem Cemetery in Mortons Gap. Visitation will begin at 12:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
Due to Covid-19 masks are mandated and social distancing is required by attendees. Anyone that has or has had signs/symptoms or has tested positive in the past 14 days is requested to not attend.
