Debbie Lynn (Phillips) Smith

Debra Lynn Smith, 63 of Madisonville passed away Tuesday, June 16, 2020, at Western Kentucky Hospice - Heartford House with her family at her side.  Born April 4, 1957, to the late Charles and Kathryn (Choate) Phillips.  She attended Pritchett's Chapel and was a caregiver for several years.  She enjoyed listening to old music and playing cards, but time with her grandchildren was her favorite.  

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Stanley Smith; infant child, Mary Katherine Phillips; and brother, Scott Phillips.

Survived by her daughter, Courtney (Tony Sisk) Irvin of Madisonville; grandchildren, Russell and Karsyn Irvin; sister, Pam (Glen) Lutz of Madisonville; sister-in-law, Judy (Barry) Merrill of Nortonville; and two nieces.

Service will be held Friday at 1:00 P.M. at Bandy Funeral Home in Nortonville with Bro. Ruby Rickard officiating.  Burial to follow at Gilland Ridge Cemetery in St. Charles.  Visitation will begin at 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home.

Attendees are encouraged to wear a mask.  Please do not attend if have or have had a fever or any signs or symptoms in the past 14 days.  Social distancing is requested.  Bandy Funeral Home will be monitoring to maintain 33% capacity or less at this time.
