Donnie Wade Wilson

Donnie Wade Wilson, 69 of Mortons Gap passed away Wednesday, January 5, 2022, at his home.  Born March 25, 1952, to the late Joseph and Donie (Johnson) Wilson.  He worked for many years as an over the road truck driver before retirement.  In younger years he played semi-pro football for the Maroboro Shamrocks and had stories to tell from his experience. 

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his brother, Joseph Wilson, Jr.; and a sister.

Survived by his wife of 25 years, Donna (Jennings) Wilson; children, Rebecca Russo of Connecticut, Noelle Wilson of Massachusetts, Kandi Littlepage of Madisonville, David Huddleston of Madisonville and Kevin Huddleston of St. Charles; and 6 grandchildren, Mercedes, Boston and Connor Littlepage, Gage, Sophia and Lucas Huddleston.

Service will be held Sunday at 2:00pm at Bandy Funeral Home in Nortonville with Bro. Alan Menser officiating.  Burial to follow at Dunn Cemetery in Dawson Springs.  Visitation will begin at noon at the funeral home.
