Earnestine (Buchanan) Larkin

Edith Earnestine Buchanan Larkin, 94 of Hermitage, TN, passed away Tuesday, September 7, 2021, at home.  Born April 27, 1927, to the late John and Lena (Clark) Buchanan.  Earnestine worked for Bellsouth until retirement.  She enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family.  She was always a good sport about taking part in their shenanigans and had a bit of a following on social media.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her brothers, Herschel Buchanan and Billy Wayne Buchanan.  

Survived by her son, Roger (Annette) Larkin; daughter, Desha (H.A.) Hearn; grandsons, Sam (Chelsea) Hearn and Lance (Natalie) Larkin; great-grandson, Cameron Hearn; sister-in-law, Ruby Buchanan; and nephew, John Buchanan.

Graveside service will be held Friday at 10:30a.m. at New Salem Cemetery in Nortonville with Bro. Steve Brigance officiating.  Visitation will begin at 10:00a.m. at the cemetery.
