Freeman Thomas Gomer

Freeman Thomas Gomer, 37 of Nortonville passed away Wednesday, March 20, 2024, at his home.  Born November 1, 1986, to the late Walter Thomas Gomer and to Gloria (Freeland) Eaves of Nortonville.  He was a member of New Salem Baptist Church and he was employed by Roses for the past three years.  He had a love for playing the guitar and music, and for anything Star Wars.  Freeman's love and interest in those things helped him create a lasting bond with his children.  He loved spending time with and talking with his children.

In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his step-father, Jeff Eaves; and both sets of grandparents.

Survived by his mother, Gloria Eaves; children, Wyatt Gomer, Christiana Gomer, Mordacaii Gomer and Aleck Garrett; sister, Virginia (Sean) Allee of IN, and several nieces and nephews.

Service will be held Sunday at 2:00pm at Bandy Funeral Home in Nortonville with Bro. Steve Rutherford officiating.  Burial to follow at New Salem Cemetery.

Visitation will begin at noon at the funeral home.
