Hershel Allen Cobb

Hershel Allen Cobb, 53 of Madisonville passed away Tuesday, December 19, 2023.  Born September 29, 1970, to the late Hershel Junior Cobb and to Wanda Lee Duvall.  He was a member of Madison Avenue Holiness Church and he worked as a truck driver throughout his life.  Allen enjoyed tinkering and working on things, going fishing and camping, however, his heart was with his family and time spent with them.  

In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his sister, Ramona Farthing; and grandparents, Raymond and Linnie Cobb, Luther and Ruthell Duvall.

Survived by his wife, Shelly Martin Cobb; children, Marie Groves, Fredi Cobb, Allen Cobb, Jr., Renlee Martin all of Madisonville, Justin (Misty) Martin of Dawson Springs, Morgan Holland of Morgantown, and Dylan Holland of St. Petersburg, IN; sister, Candace (Steve) Merideth of Madisonville; brother, William (Gene) Cobb of Henderson; 9 grandchildren; 5 nephews; and 2 nieces.

Graveside committal service will be held Saturday, June 15, 2024, at 2:00pm at Yeargins Cemetery in Graham.
