Hilda Fay (Fox) Bowman

Hilda Fay Bowman, 83 of Nortonville passed away Wednesday, June 22, 2022, at Baptist Health Deaconess.  Born August 23, 1938, to the late Raymond and Lovella (Ammons) Fox of Nortonville.  She was a lifelong and active member of Nortonville United Methodist Church.  She taught at South Hopkins High School for the majority of her 31 year teaching career.  Hilda always enjoyed traveling with her friends and would look forward to planning the next trip.  Her family brought her much pride and joy, she loved time spent with them.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Doug Bowman.

Survived by her daughter, Millie (Mike) Seiber of Earlington; son, Jason (Jenny) Bowman of Madisonville; and grandchildren, Michael Seiber of Evansville, Clay Bowman of Madisonville and Cody Bowman of Madisonville. 

Service will be held Saturday at 1:00pm at Bandy Funeral Home in Nortonville with Bro. Ron Henn officiating.  Burial to follow at New Salem Cemetery in Nortonville.  Visitation will begin at 11:00am at the funeral home.
