Jacob Denton Pearson

Jacob Denton Pearson, 43 of Nortonville passed away Monday, May 20, 2024, at Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville with his family at his side.  Born October 3, 1980, to Denny and Becky (Welch) Pearson of Nortonville.  He worked for Southern States where he was the manager over three co-ops.  Jacob had a passion and love for horses.  He was a horse trainer who loved competing with his horses.  Jacob loved being close and having a good bond with his family.  

Preceded in death by his grandparents, Talmadge & Juanita (Uzzle) Pearson, and James & Dorothy (Prowse) Welch.

Survived by his parents, Denny & Becky Pearson of Nortonville; Tonya (Troy) Miller of Louisville, and Sarah Pearson Brown of Madisonville; and 4 nephews, Carter Miller, Isaac Miller, Ashton Brown and Andrew Brown.

Service will be held Friday at 1:00pm at Bandy Funeral Home in Nortonville with Pastor Ted Beaty and Bro. Charles Spears officiating.  Burial to follow at New Salem Cemetery in Nortonville.  Visitation will be held Thursday from 5:00pm - 7:00pm and Friday after 11:00am at the funeral home.
