Jane Meeks Obituary

Jane Alice Meeks, 62 of Madisonville passed away Saturday, March 26, 2022, at her home with her husband at her side. Born February 26, 1960, to the late James and Eleanora McManus. She always enjoyed fishing and spending time near the water. She traveled with her husband when he was trucking, they also spent time together at drag races. Her favorite time was spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her infant son, Johnathan Heflin.

Survived by her husband of 35 years, William H. Meeks; 4 children, James Heflin, Jr., Jennifer Heflin, William Heflin and Mary Heflin; 15 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; brothers, Phillip McManus and Jimmy McManus; and sisters, Velda Willis, Nancy Stice and Kathy Blair.

A Celebration of Life will be held for family and friends at a later date.
