Jerry Jones Obituary
Jerry Wayne Jones, 77 of Manitou passed away Saturday, October 17, 2020, at Baptist Health Hospital. Born December 9, 1942, to the late Essel and Zepal (Estes) Jones. He served in the U.S. Army Reserves and was a mason at the E.W. Turner Lodge #548 in Earlington. He worked at Dotiki Mine for years and then drove a truck for Weir Trucking.
Preceded in death by two wives, Carolyn Mason Jones and Dana Jones.
Survived by his children, Kim (David) Seales of Earlington, Morris Jones of St. Charles and Jeffery (Sheila) Jones of Madisonville; 5 grandchildren, Jessica (Kasey) Alexander, Caleb Jones, Joshua Jones, Laura Jones and Sam Jones; great-granddaughter, Paisley Alexander; and step-son, Ethan Duncan.
A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
