John David "Buckshot" Hughlett

John David "Buckshot" Hughlett, 62 of White Plains passed away Wednesday, August 10, 2022, at his home.  Born April 17, 1960, to the late John Douglas and Joyce (Whitfield) Hughlett.  He was a truck driver for over 30 years hauling coal.  When he wasn't working he was with his family.  In recent years he was able to learn the joy of time with grandchildren.

Survived by his wife of 42 years, Cindy (Carlton) Hughlett; son, Joseph (Shantele) Hughlett of White Plains; daughter, Whitney Hughlett of White Plains; 2 granddaughters, Kinsley and Emmie Hughlett; brother, Douglas Hughlett of White Plains; sister, Brenda (Gary) Collins of Nortonville; and several nieces and nephews.

Service will be held Sunday at 2:00pm at Bandy Funeral Home in Nortonville.  Visitation will begin at noon at the funeral home.
