Kathy Sue (Anderson) Matheny

Kathy Sue Matheny, 65 of St. Charles passed away Thursday, January 1, 2026, at Deaconess Henderson Hospital.  Born June 25, 1960, to the late Arthur and Faye Anderson of Warren, Pennsylvania.  Kathy was a registered nurse and had worked at Gateway Hospital in Clarksville for many years and more recently had been employed by Madisonville Health and Rehab.  She loved spending her time camping and riding side-by-side ATV's.  Drag Racing was also a passion that she enjoyed attending.  Her family was small, but deeply loved and important to her.

Survived by her husband of 22 years, Ronald Matheny; her son, Patrick Matheny of St. Charles; and her beloved in-laws, Charles and Linda Matheny of St. Charles.

Services will be private for family at a later date.
