Kenneth Jay Ebersole, Jr., 40 of Hopkinsville passed away Wednesiday, February 17, 2021, at St. Thomas West in Nashville, TN. Born in Fort Bragg, North Carolina, on May 19, 1980, to the late Kenneth Ebersole, Sr. and Susan (Brasher) Ebersole of London, KY. Jay had a passion for teaching and being a role model for his students at Hopkinsville High School where he taught. He enjoyed traveling and spending time with his many friends and his family. He relished in the accomplishments of his beloved nephews and nieces.
Survived by his mother, Susan (Brasher) Ebersole of London; brother, Mark Allen (Rebecca) Ebersole of London; sister, Kristi Nicole (Matthew True) Ebersole of Nicholasville; nephews and nieces, Aydn Ebersole, Chloe Ebersole, Tucker Ebersole and Gracie Ebersole; aunts, Shirley (Allen) Clague of Madison, Florida, Diann (Danny) McGar of Hopkinsville, Penny (Bobby) Wagoner of Crofton, Charlotte Lee of Madisonville; and uncles, William (Angie) Brasher, Jr. of Crofton, Ricky (Donna) Brasher of Madisonville and Gary (Nancy) Best of Wesley Chapel, FL.
Graveside service will be held on Wednesday, February 24, at Ridgetop Cemetery in Crofton at 12:00 P.M. Visitation will begin at 11:30 A.M. for family and friends at graveside.
Due to Covid-19 masks are mandated and social distancing is required by attendees. Anyone that has or has had signs/symptoms or has tested positive in the past 14 days is requested to not attend.
