Linda Fay (Brown) Rodgers

Linda Fay Rodgers, 59 of Nortonville passed away Friday, December 12, 2025, at Baptist Health Deaconess.  Born December 14, 1965, to the late Glenn and Hilda (Berry) Brown of Nortonville.  Linda had a caring and welcoming heart for everyone, family, friends or strangers.  She also cared for and watched over her neighbors.  Linda enjoyed gardening and yard work.  She was a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother; her grandchildren brought her great joy.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by two half-brothers, Douglas Brown and James Young.

Survived by her husband, Charles Rodgers, Sr.; son, Charles (Kirsti) Rodgers, Jr. of Nortonville; step-daughter, Amanda (Kevin) Paul of Princeton; step-son, James Rodgers of Nortonville; 10 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; siblings, Rodney (Connie) Brown, Glenda (Ronnie) Wright, Donnie (Glenda) Brown and Terry Brown; and several nieces and nephews.

Service will be held Wednesday at 1:00pm at Bandy Funeral Home in Nortonville with Bro. Eddie Rodgers officiating.  Burial to follow at New Salem Cemetery in Nortonville.  Visitation will be held Tuesday from 5:00pm - 7:00pm and Wednesday from 11:00am until service hour at the funeral home.  Pallbearers will be Eddie Rodgers, Rob Rodgers, Rex Rodgers, Michael Gilkey, Kevin Brown and Troy Martin.
