Obituary
Mary Katherine Allen, 68 of Madisonville passed away Friday, March 3, 2023, at Baptist Health Deaconess. Born December 17, 1954, to the late Elvis and Ruth (Shipp) Allen. She was a member of Park Avenue Baptist Church and she was a true believer in her faith and God. She worked as a bank teller for many years. Mary always enjoyed being outdoors with her family camping and fishing. She also enjoyed seeing her friends and family and spending time with them.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her sister, Margaret Youngblood; and brother-in-laws, Neville Ashby and Kirby Youngblood.
Survived by her husband, Jimmy Meacham; son, John (Amanda) Dunning of Madisonville; daughters, Maria (Anthony) Harris of AZ, and Jennifer Meacham Coppedge of FL; granddaughter, Macie Dunning; grandsons, Joseph Harris, Anthony Harris, Jr., Gavin Harris, Therese Harris and Michael Gresham; sisters, Carolyn Esters, Libby Gooch and Norma Ashby; and several nieces and nephews.
Service will be held at 1:00pm Wednesday at Bandy Funeral Home in Nortonville. Burial to follow at Grapevine Cemetery in Madisonville. Visitation will begin at 11:00am at the funeral home.
