Michael Dale Simmons

Michael Dale Simmons, 52 of Nortonville passed away Sunday, May 22, 2022, at Lafayette Hospital in Lafayette, IN.  Born February 20, 1970, to Art Simmons of Mortons Gap and to the late Sharon Key Gilstrap.  He was a truck driver for J & B Log and Lumber for several years.  Always joking and smiling with a charismatic personality and willing to help anyone in need.  

In addition to his mother he is preceded in death by his step-brother, Shane Sizemore.

Survived by his son, Michael (Rebekah) Simmons; father, Art (Sue) Simmons; brother, Jeffrey Simmons; nieces, Sydney Sizemore and Lilly Simmons; and nephews, Gage Terry and Dustin Drake.

There will be a memorial service Sunday, June 5, at 2:00pm at House of I Am Ministries in Madisonville.  Visitation will begin at 1:30pm at the church.
