Mildred Jane (Clark) Gamblin

Mildred Jane Gamblin, 80 of Nortonville passed away Oct. 25, 2022 at Deaconess Gateway in Evansville, IN.  She was born Dec. 27, 1941 to the late Burley and Mary Clark.  Mildred was a member of Jesus Name church in St. Charles and worked at Nortonville Bestway for many years.  She was always busy with something, not one to sit still, except to read a good book.  She enjoyed quilting and going fishing.  Mildred loved time with her family and caring for her grandchildren.

Preceded in death by her husband, David Gamblin; sister, Mary Clark; and brothers, Ralph, Gene and Shelby Clark.

She is survived by her two children, Curtis (Stephanie) Gamblin and Karen (Steve) Gamblin; six grandchildren, Justin Gamblin, Jared Gamblin, Danielle Vaughn, Adrianna Hyams, Natalie Carter and Kaitland Gamblin; 9 great-grandchildren; and three sisters, Joetta Davis, Ruthie Clark, and Rhonda Richardson,

Services will be Friday at noon at Bandy Funeral Home with Bro. Brad Payne officiating.  Visitation will be from 10 am till service time at the funeral home.  Burial to follow at New Salem Cemetery in Nortonville.
