Nancy Jean (Norvell) Stearsman

Nancy Jean Norvell Stearsman, 68, of Mortons Gap, died Monday, April 8, 2024, at Baptist Health Deaconess.  Born July 18, 1955, to the late James and Lora (Stephens) Norvell.  She worked as a bus driver and was a real estate agent for Centrury 21, she was a member of the Lions Club.  Nancy was a fun loving soul, she enjoyed hanging out at the pool, dancing and singing karaoke.  Spending time gardening her flowers also made her happy.  Mostly though, she loved her family and spending time with them.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Michael Stearsman.

Survived by her son, Kris Stearsman of Mortons Gap; brother, James (Debbie) Norvell of Hopkinsville; brother-in-law, Robert (Tina Fisher) Stearsman of Mortons Gap; sister-in-law, Mary O'Bryant of North Carolina; and several nieces and nephews.

Service will be held at 5:00 p.m. Friday, April 12, 2024, at Bandy Funeral Home in Nortonville. Visitation will begin at 3:00 p.m. until the time of the service on Friday at the funeral home.  Inurnment with her husband will take place at a later date at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West in Hopkinsville.
