Perry Truitt Obituary

Perry James Truitt, 59 of Madisonville passed away Monday, April 6, 2026, at Baptist Health Deaconess. Born January 9, 1967, to the late Jerry and Mary (Higginbotham) Truitt of Evansville. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by wife, Sandra Truitt.

Perry is survived by two children, Ashley Truitt of Hanson and James Truitt of Madisonville; 6 grandchildren, Morrigan & Amelia Branson, Isabella, Oakland, Carson and Braxton Truitt; and brother, Larry Truitt.

Services will be private for family at a later date.
