Randall Ray Phillips, 63 of Nortonville passed away Sunday, April 14, 2024, at his home. Born July 10, 1960, to the late Jimmie and Carolyn (Bedwell) Phillips of Nortonville. He worked as a coal miner for several years, and recently retired from Groupo at Hopkinsville after a long employment with the company. Randy looked forward to going fishing as often as he could. He was a true family man, always staying connected with his wife, children and siblings.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his sister, Vicki Faulk; nephew, Nate Phillips; and infant brother, Keith Phillips.
Survived by his wife of 45 years, Tracie (Jones) Phillips; children, Jenny Phillips Martinez and Josh (Ashley) Phillips; 10 grandchildren, Cadyn and Jase Phillips, Isaac Polley, Teighan Martinez, Amaurie Phillips, Kaysen and Kysen Brown, Tyler Richardson, Ashton and Journey Gamblin; great-grandson, Keylen Phillips; brothers, Jeff (Lisa) Phillips and Kevin (Janneke) Phillips; and several nieces and nephews.
Service will be held Thursday at 7:00pm at Bandy Funeral Home in Nortonville with Bro. Steve Rutherford. Visitation will begin at 5:00pm at the funeral home.
