Richard E. Carlisle, 68 of Madisonville passed away Sunday, May 15, 2022, at Baptist Health Deaconess. Born September 5, 1953, to the late Fredrick and Madeline (Dunlap) Carlisle. He was the grounds keeper for the Madisonville Country Club for several years. He loved to watch racing and was an avid Nascar fan.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by a brother, Darrell Carlisle.

Survived by his son, Andrew Carlisle of Florida; brother, Barry (Cheri) Carlisle of Madisonville; life-partner, Diane Caraway; 2 nieces; and 1 nephew.

The family will celebrate Richard's life privately. Condolences here are encouraged.
