Robert Edward Adkins

Robert Edward Adkins, 60 of Madisonville passed away Sunday, April 30, 2023.  Born February 21, 1963, to the Herman E. Adkins and the late Judith Gatlin Adkins of Madisonville.  He was a Madisonville North Hopkins High School graduate.  He enjoyed going fishing, loved his dog “Hank”, and collected Hot Wheels.  He was also a fan of NASCAR, especially Dale Earnhardt, Sr.

In addition to his mother he is preceded in death by his grandparents, W.C. and Beth Gatlin, Herman and Marie Adkins; and step-brother, Scott Hancock.

Survived by his son, Brandon Adkins of Nortonville; granddaughter; grandson; father, Herman (Hilda) Adkins; sister, Gale (Kenny) Nelson; step-brother, Kevin Hancock; nephews, Jeremy (Heather) Hibbs of Madisonville, Dylan Locke of Hanson; and niece, Jessica Hibbs of Canada.
