Ronald Wilburn Shaw, 84 of Mortons Gap passed away Friday, January 23, 2026, at his home with his family at his side. Born July 25, 1941, to the late Charles and Mae (Hight) Shaw. Ronald worked in Civil Service at Fort Campbell before his retirement. He was a member of Castleberry Church where he was the pianist and organist, he was also the pianist for Coles Chapel. He had a interest in photography and he had a talent for woodworking.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his great-grandchild, Opal Paige Shaw; and stepson, Adam Troy Campbell.
Survived by his wife of 45 years, Patricia (Holeman) Shaw; 2 sons, Richard Gregory (Analyn) Shaw of Japan and Ronald Lynn (Jan) Shaw of Nortonville; 3 stepchildren, Bobby Jo (Tommy) Follin of Dawson Springs, Nick Campbell of GA and Winona Campbell of Hopkinsville; 15 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
Services will be held Monday, February 2, at 1:00pm at Bandy Funeral Home in Nortonville with Sister Janette Long officiating. Burial to follow at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Madisonville. Visitation will be held Sunday from 5:00pm - 7:00pm and Monday from 11:00am -1:00pm at the funeral home.
