Vincent Porter Bedwell, 59 of Nortonville passed away Sunday, June 5, 2022, at Baptist Health Deaconess. Born April 24, 1963, to James and Joyce (Blakeley) Bedwell of White Plains. He worked at Groupo Antolin for a while. Vince enjoyed riding his motorcycle, and he was a Harley Davidson memorabilia collector and fan. He could often be found at a flea market or a yard sale looking for treasures. Music was a passion that he loved, he loved listening and playing. Vince has never met a stranger and always had a smile for everyone.
Preceded in death by his nieces, Rachelle French; uncle, James Blakeley; and grandparents, Clay & Ruth Blakeley and Ray Bedwell & Afton Bedwell Hardwick.
Survived by her parents, James "Jimmy" Bedwell and Joyce Blakeley Bedwell of White Plains; brother, John (Vickie) Bedwell of Nortonville; nephews, Ira Clay and Jonah Keith Bedwell; great-niece, Kaori Smith; caretaker, Holly Majors; and his beloved cat, Princess.
Service will be held on Thursday at 1:00pm at Bandy Funeral Home in Nortonville with Bro. Nathan Bruce officiating. Burial to follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery in White Plains. Visitation will begin at 11:00am at the funeral home. Pallbearers are Devin, Troy, Todd and Derrick Blakeley, Jason Abbott, Mike Stringfield, Chad Estes and Randy Phillips. Honorary pallbearer is Josh Williams.
The family would also like to invite everyone to the White Plains Community Center at 4:00pm following the cemetery for a time of fellowship and music.
