Vivian Ann Deason, 76 of Crofton passed away December 14, 2024, at Alive Hospice in Nashville with her family at her side. Born April 5, 1948, to the late Herbert and Myrtle (Stone) Love. She was a member of Nortonville Baptist Church. She had a degree as a surgical technician, worked as a Medical Assistant at Trover Clinic for the Endocrinologist office until her retirement. Vivian always had a soft spot for animals, she loved dogs. Her heart belonged to her daughter and her grandchildren. Her joy came from being present and involved with anything that her grandchildren were doing.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her brother, Ronald Jackson Love; and great-grandson, Lucas Smiley.
Survived by her daughter, Lori Ann (Dwayne) Carroll of Crofton; grandchildren, Savannah (Reed) Smiley of Crofton, Sydney (Chance) Coates of Crofton and Samantha (Justin) Tabor of Madisonville; great-grandsons, Lawson Smiley, Jones Tabor and Rhodes Tabor; and sister-in-law, Lynette Love.
Service will be held Tuesday at 1:00pm at Bandy Funeral Home in Nortonville with Bro. Thad Hopper officiating. Burial to follow at New Salem Cemetery in Nortonville. Visitation will begin at 11:00am at the funeral home.
