I had the privilege of meeting Doris when she visited her son, Daryl in Evansville. When I first met her she was approaching 90 and I was astounded at her sharp mind and wit.
It was always a treat to sit on the porch and listen to her stories and wisdom. She was a great lady and mother - what a good life she led and she will be missed
